What's most amazing is how revival is spreading throughout the world, like flash fires on dry tundra! Make the pilgrimage if you can. We're living in historic days. It's not necessary to be there, but let me say this: History is happening there. Just to be able to tell your children that you were there when the wave came...when the fire sparked...when it spread...that you carried the fire home and saw it burn in your church, in your family. Well, it's too precious for words! If you can go...go!
I urge you not to wonder too much about what's happening. Don't spend time in debate asking "Is it real.is this a wave.is this of God.will it last." It doesn't matter because people are being changed and transformed for the good! Symptoms of revival are showing up in regions where people who've attended Lakeland have returned home. God is moving in powerful ways...churches are filling up...people are lining up to know the God of miracles!
My church is experiencing an explosion of the glory and the people we've sent there aren't even home yet from Lakeland! For two Sundays in a row, the Holy Spirit has moved mightily and powerfully. Last week we had confirmed healings and this morning, the glory of the Lord poured out mightily.
The most important thing to remember is, that revivals may die out, yes. But what happens to the individual; to the person who experiences a revival in his or her heart, won't die! Once you know this kind of burning in your heart it scars you! Revival of the heart is unstoppable! No matter what, even if the Lakeland Outpouring suddenly is no more, our unstoppable God will not stop what He's doing in your heart unless you tell Him, "No." When you experience the glory, nothing, nothing can take that experience from you!
Personally, I have a list of things I've wanted to do in my life before I die. On that list are some pretty great things; and I've experienced many of them. Nothing compares to what I've experienced at Lakeland, and what I'm experiencing at my church, and in my life right now. It's over the top. The beauty about the "high" of being in the glory and presence of God is that there's never a cap on how high you can go in the glory! It's uncappable! Isn't that wonderful?
